Android phones also don’t directly tell you the completed battery cycle count, but there are a few ways you can find this information.
These methods might work for some Android phones and might not for others.
If your Android version is Android 10 or later, dial ##6485## on the phone dialer. This will give you a list of battery information, and the value next to the MF_01 or MF_02 is the battery cycle count.

Just type this code on your Android phone “*#*#6485#*#*” without quotes. A window will immediately appear with it written on it “Battery Info”.

The iPhone battery health app doesn’t give you the battery cycle count.
there is another way to find the battery cycle count of your iPhone. For this to work, you have to first enable iPhone analytics.
- Open the Settings app

- Tap Analytics & Improvements
- Open the Analytics Data option
- Open the latest log file from the list of shown log files
- Copy the text content of the log file and paste it to a text editing app
- Search for Battery Cycle Count using the text editor’s search function
- The value next to the Battery Cycle Count is your phone’s completed battery cycle count
Number Of Battery Cycles And The Battery Capacity
Your phone’s battery capacity slightly reduces after each battery cycle. For example, the battery capacity of iPhone lithium-ion batteries will drop by roughly 20% after 500 charge cycles.

iPhones give you the current battery capacity on the battery health page.
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Battery
- Tap Battery Health
The percentage value next to the Maximum Capacity is the current maximum battery capacity as a percentage of the original maximum capacity.
If the maximum capacity is lower than 80%, the battery life will be poor, so you should replace the battery to get better battery life.
