This Blue Screen can occur because of due to both software and hardware problems, but surely it’s a hardware problem.

1. Corrupted drivers

A corrupted anyone of driver may be the cause of Blue screen. To find that out, watch the following steps:

  1. Open Control Panel
  2. Open Device Manager by typing devmgmt.msc in the Run.
  3. Try to expand each menu and look for a yellow triangle icon next to each driver.
  4. If you find anyone of this triangle, right-click and select Update Driver Software to update its driver.

2. Too much pressure on the RAM

If you opened too many programs that RAM can’t handle, then it may hang up the system and show Blue screen. For that, you should either stop opening too many programs or upgrade the RAM memory.

3. Faulty hard disk

Blue screen is also a sign of a faulty hard disk, try to change hard disks of your system.

4. Heating PC

Heating PC also cause of Blue screen. Try to watch cooling system.
