Solution 1:
Step 1- Right click on Taskbar
Step 2- Click Properties
Step 3- Click Notification area: customize
Step 4- Turn system icons ON or OFF
Step 5- Turn ON Network
Step 6- Go one step back
Step 7- Select which icons appear on the taskbar
Step 8- Turn Network icon ON
Done!
If network is connected but icon is missing out follow method 2
Solution 2:
Step 1. Firstly Open Task Manager (by clicking right click on task bar and click task manager)
Step 2. Find windows explorer and right click on it and select and “end task”.
Step 3. If there are multiple instances of windows explorer,then “end task” all of them
Step 4. Click File (top menu) and then Run New Task type “explorer.exe” without quotes and check the mark against “Create this task with administrative privileges”
Click ok
The WIFI icon should be back now!
